Located on a sloping forested lot in the Baca Chalets in Crestone, CO, Crestone Mountain Builders built this two-story, 3 BR / 2 BA, 1,755 sf home in 2017. The client requested a plan that reflected personal Feng Shui directions, a dedicated Meditation Room, lots of windows for views, and balconies on both sides of the upper level from which to view the mountains and the valley.
The views of the mountains across the treetops from the Master Bedroom give the impression of being in a treehouse or floating on the treetops. Smaller, cozier living spaces were requested on the ground floor, including a Guest Bedroom and full bathroom.
Expansive valley views are available from the upper floor, both inside and outside on the balcony.
The best view might possibly be from the Master Bath shower, but there are amazing views from every room in this house.
