The Meadowlark House was designed and built in the spring and summer of 2015. Two story with 2 bedrooms / 2 baths, this house was designed for a professional on the cusp of retirement desiring a vacation home. Big views of the mountains to the east as well as ample connection to the outdoors were requested. With plenty of glazing on the south for passive heat gain and solar hot water radiant in-floor heat this house is as energy efficient as it is comfortable.
